Plot:
Cassandra is becoming distracted and it's starting to affect her work. While Batman attempts to find out why, Oracle has found the evidence recorded when Cassandra confronted the governmental cell (Batgirl #13). After destroying the evidence, Batman, in an attempt to help Cassandra, ordered to apprehend Masters, the agent leading the government cell. Afterwards however Cassandra still feels unfulfilled and goes to Barbara for comfort.
