Plot:
Batgirl's mission is to take and hold one of the last known resources of gasoline in No Man's Land within Jets territory. She held the area successfully until the Jets arrived with a bazooka to show their strength. They demanded the gas and blew the place up when they found none. When Batman arrived the shop keeper gave Batgirl his last canister of gasoline for helping him stand ground.
- "Those kids. I've known them for years. Ever since they were kids. Jimmy and his friends used to come in here and try to boost stuff -- potato chips, lighters. Small Stuff. Just for kicks. I told them... "You'll never get anywhere with that attitude. Crime doesn't pay. You gotta grow up. Take some responsibility. Become a contributin' member of society." Society. What the heck did I know?"
