Plot:
Recalling his previous experiences with Stephanie Brown, Bruce, as the Insider, steals an advanced rifle from Waynetech in order to test Stephanie’s ability as Batgirl. Despite insistence from Oracle to leave the Insider to the Birds of Prey, Stephanie continues tracking after him; uncovering his “plan” to shoot someone in the Park Alley reclamation presentation. Impressed, Bruce reveals who he is to her and allows her to continue being Batgirl.
