Alley Town
Alley Town is a borough in the East End district of Gotham City.
The borough is essentially a network of cobblestone streets that form a small borough between the East End and Old Gotham. Built over two hundred years ago as a way to house a large population of immigrants and keep them out of sight, the borough is now the home of their descendants and any other lost souls that can find their way through its maze.
Possessing a strong sense of community, the borough is home to a network of child thieves known as the "Alley Town Kids", or "Alley Town Gang". Following Catwoman's return to East End, she took control of the gang and converted it into an information network to aid in her protection of the district.
