The Keystone City division of S.T.A.R. Labs specializes in Metahuman research, headed by doctors Jerry and Tina McGee after they spent a brief time researching at Central University and inadvertently unleashing the Kilg%re.

- The Keystone division of S.T.A.R. Labs researched and created Wally West's second Flash uniform (dubbed the "Batman Eyes" suit) after his initial uniform (a copy of Barry Allen's Flash uniform) was destroyed.
- The labs keeps a cure for Murmur (Dr. Michael Christian Amar)'s Frenzy Virus on hand.
- When Linda Park was frozen by Abra Kadabra, Chillbaine and Doctor Polaris' freezing machine, she was kept at the Keystone division of S.T.A.R. Labs until Wally West was able to thaw her.
