Plot:
Batman gathers his forces in the Clock Tower while he tries to make amends with James Gordon. While he was away each member of the Bat family become acquainted with the mute girl. When he does return he takes Nightwing out to speak with Batgirl II, revealing her to be Helena Bertinelli, and munipulated her into giving up the Batgirl mantle. Returning once again he introduced the girl to his team and gave her a version of Helena's costume as the new, accepted, batgirl.
