Plot:
As the war between Penguin and Tobias Whale esculates the Bat Family arrives to quell the battle while Nightwing sits in a medical unit after his encounter with Vigilante. The gang war results in Whale's defeat however instead of killing him Penguin offers a partnership to unite against Intergang. Meanwhile Batman reemerges to confront Vigilante.
