Rahn is a portrait artist specializing in reministic german expressionism. Affiliated with the art group "The Submergists" Rahn was responsible for two controvisial artworks created during the 'City of Light' incident; The Gaze and the Portrait of Batman. 'The Gaze' was sold to Bruce Wayne for $50,000 while the 'Portait of Batman' was unfortunately destroyed through the actions of Purge and Evan Slate.
Due to these artworks Rahn was tragetted by Purge as responsible for the 'darkness' of Gotham City. As such he was captured and forced to destroy the 'Portrait of Batman', he refused however and instead was held hostage in Slate Tower I for the duration of the incident.
Rahn was supported and represented by Angela Styles.
