Title: The Cass Cult
Other Names: CassCult, C.A.S.S, The Cult of Cass
Nationality: Varied
Base of Operations:
The All-New Superdickery.com
Previous Base of Operations:
Superdickery.com
Brief:
The Cass Cult is a notable faction of members on the Superdickery forums that idolize Cassandra Cain of Batgirl fame.
This is not only due to how hot she is, but also her adorable personality and amazing fighting skills.
Although the Cult now consists over a dozen members and more unaffiliated supporters from across the net, the key members of the group in Superdickery.com were originally Drink and EspanolBot, who have been yelled at for causing several threads to divert off topic due to their love of Cass, as well as fighting over her honour.

History:
March 15th 2006 The Amalgated Cass Cain Thread is created and the Cass Cult is first formed. Because of the Cult's enthusiasm on the boards of Superdickery.com other posters had conspired to filter Cass's name to become "Babs". This had done little to daunt the Cass Cult however and the filter was soon lifted. In another time minor cult member Draghignazzo thought that "The Cass Cult" sounded a bit negative, and tried to make people call it "The C.A.S.S." - The Cassandra Appreciation Society - instead. This didn't really catch on, and it's not known exactly why. Maybe people felt that it was a stupid acronym since the second "S" didn't stand for anything.
In Spring 2006, when it was revealed in Robin #150 that Cass had inexplicably turned evil The Cass Cult was a large contributor to the rise of fan complaints. Due these events Drink created the CassToons and, with scripts and ideas coming in from other Cass Cult members and with the slogan "Revolution through Redicule", the CassToons had taken off. Ruthborn's arrival into the group brought with it the first sketches of the Cass Cult members and, later on, the creation of the Cass Cain Mainframe. He also became a major promoter for the group as he, while passing through SaveCass.com, offered CassCult membership to TheComicBookGuy and Mrrar. Later he made sketches of them to put alongside the other CassCult members.
A major upheaval occured in early November 2007 whereupon two hackers infiltrated the system, naming themselves "The King" and "The Queen" they took over adminship of the forums and ousted the other mods and admins. During their 'reign' the monarchs deleted the JL thread and the Amalgated Cass Cain Thread; the original home of The Cass Cult and CassToons. In response the original admins rehijacked the account the monarchs were using and banned them. Though the original Cass Cain thread was lost a new thread was made in a 'sanctuary' site that was made during the monarchs' reign; named 'The All-New Superdickery.com'. Though this has effectively split SuperDickery.com into two sites the Cass Cult has planned to stay in this newer and more protected sanctuary site then to risk losing their board again.
December 2007 the moderator Shirkie's account was hijacked and the All-New Superdickery Cass Cain boards were destroyed again. It is unknown who was responsible although many suspect the King and Queen or possibly a unknown member of the original Superdickery boards. Not to be beaten the Cass Cult continued posting, resurrecting yet another thread to continue their Cassandra Cain idolization.
